He is the founder and running engine of the firm from the very beginning.

Levente Lajos graduated from Janus Pannonius University Pécs in 1994. He earned a master of banking and finance in Milano, an LLM at the University of London in EU law and recently a second LLM at UC Berkeley in US law. He founded his independent firm in 1997. As working language he speaks English and Italian. His firm has built a reputation in representing well known Italian brands. Although Lajos Law Firm offers a wide range of services to international investors, he considers himself a litigator. He is proud of having recruited and kept together a strong and steady professional team. Father of four, his favorite passtime is spending valuable time with his family. His sports are yoga and horse riding.

Bálint Bartos, Attorney at Law, Senior Partner

Besides being simply a good lawyer Bálint is our vice managing partner.

He has been working at Lajos Law Firm since 2009. He is specialized in tax law, real estate law and corporate law. With his dynamism, speed and professionalism he gives added value to the work of the office. He graduated from Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2007 and took the bar exam in 2011. In 2014 he received a postgraduate degree in tax law. In 2018 he obtained an LLM degree from Eötvös Loránd University in International and European Tax Law He speaks English and Italian proficiently.

Boglár Szervátiusz, Attorney at Law, Senior Partner

With her empathy and endless patience she also serves as the HR manager of the firm.

She has been working for Lajos Law Firm since 2004. She graduated from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest in 2003, and took the bar exam in 2008. In 2018 she attended a master’s degree program in English in international and European tax law. In addition to her excellent knowledge of English and Italian, Boglar has good verbal and written communication skills in French, Spanish and German.
Besides M&A operations, Boglar is specialized in labor law and contract law.

Orsolya Polgár, Attorney at Law, Partner

Orsolya streghtens the firm with her civil litigation skills.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2007 and started working as an associate in a small firm in Veszprém in the same year. In 2012 she took her bar exam and since January 2013 she has been running her own law firm. She has been collaborating with Lajos Law Firm since 2016. Her specialization fields are civil law, administrative law and banking law. She mainly deals with real estate, business, insolvency and debt collection procedures and she has been assisting a Hungarian financial institution for 10 years.

Bence Zsolt Szűcs, Attorney at Law, Partner

Being business oriented and overly resistant Bence is a great deal closer.

Bence is a valuable member of the firm since 2018. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University and took part in an Erasmus program at the University of Rome. As prior experience he worked in an Italian law firm in Rome and he has been assisting mostly Italian clients since 2010, however he speaks fluent English as well. He is familiar with corporate law, real estate law, insolvency law and the court enforcement procedures. He had the luck to become the GDPR specialist of the firm obtaining his DPO certificate in 2018.

Éva Andics, Office Manager

She graduated from Sopron University in 2004. She has been working as an office manager for Lajos Law Firm since 2015. Her main tasks include the day-to-day administration of the office, electronic legal procedures such as submissions to the court, company modifications, payment orders etc.

Kitti Pásztor, Associate

With her precise and independent work abilities Kitti gives a lot of help to our attorneys.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Loránd University in 2020, and in the same year she moved to Italy, where she gained professional experience as a trainee at Scaringella & Partners Law Firm for a year. During her Italian practice she improved her legal and linguistic skills. Her working languages are Italian and English. She is specialized in civil law and company law.

Barbara Sándor, Associate

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Pécs in 2021. As part of her university studies, she spent six months in Italy, at the University of Foggia on Erasmus+ mobility. After a year of experience as a tax advisor, she joined Lajos Law Firm in 2022 as an associate. Her working languages are English and Italian.

Márton Gellért, Intern

He graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree in economics in 2021. He is currently a fourth-year law student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Debrecen. Since 2019 he has been working as an intern at Lajos Law firm where he is supporting the day-to-day work of lawyers, such as drafting documents, submissions and assisting in company proceedings.
