Dispute resolution, litigation before ordinary court and arbitration

We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in business and civil law related proceedings under the new Code of Civil Procedure. One of our main fields is following civil lawsuits because we believe it is the most challenging part of practicing as a lawyer. We provide high professional standard representation in all phases of the proceeding including the final stage before the Supreme Court and the Strassbourg Court of Human Rights. Arbitration is an efficient alternative of the ordinary court system, because the possibility to choose the arbitrators guarantees their independence. The arbitral proceeding does not adopt the rules of the Code of Civil procedure therefore it is more flexible. The first grade decision is immediately enforceable without appeal. For disputes between companies we prefer to suggest an arbitration clause.

Debt collection

Injunction, civil proceeding or liquidation request. We explore the solvency of the debtor if needed also by working with a private investigator. We represent creditors in liquidation and foreclosure proceedings.

Contracts

We draft and comments contracts in English, Hungarian and Italian. We analyze the risk factors and do the tax planning hand in hand with tax advisors
