dr. Ágnes Baricz

Drawing on her legal experience in the construction industry, Ágnes primarily supports the firm’s clients in the areas of contract drafting and litigation.
She joined the team of Lajos Law Firm in 2025.
She obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of Janus Pannonius University in Pécs in 1997.
After passing the bar exam, from 2000 she worked at international law firms (Haarmann-Hemmelrath, Nörr-Stiefenhofer-Lutz), and from 2006 she acted as an attorney in numerous major motorway development projects in Hungary, representing German and Austrian companies.
Between 2014 and 2021 she served as the Legal Director of the Hungarian group of Colas, a major French-owned construction company.
She works in English and German. Her areas of expertise include construction contracts and construction-related litigation.
