We are pleased to announce that in our office we have established a team dedicated to construction law, called the Lajos Law Firm Construction Team. The aim of this specialized group is to handle legal matters arising in the construction industry in a professional manner – primarily legal disputes related to construction projects – in cooperation with construction experts, to provide legal services with technical expertise. Our new service is specifically tailored to the needs of private sector participants (general contractors, subcontractors, real estate developers) who appreciate targeted legal support in the construction industry.

Design and implementation of a claim management system, or legal review of an existing system.
Legal support in disputes arising during project execution (defects/deficiencies, variation, additional works, delays), including the involvement of a construction expert if needed.
